Sponsorship & Fundraising Opportunities
Drighlington Band relies on the commitment, hard work and dedication of players and supporters and our continuing success is a testament to this.
The Band is entirely self-funding, chiefly obtaining income from performances and fundraising. The costs associated with running the Band are high, including the maintenance of a building, instruments, uniforms, music purchases and travel. Whilst the Band is proud to own its own building, the up-keep and maintenance of this is very costly.
Whilst the Band and its supporters work tirelessly, with the highest levels of dedication, commitment and professionalism, showing creative, flexible and selfless approaches to fundraising, sadly, the Band is constantly challenged by a lack of funds.
The Band is pro-active in seeking opportunities for funding, fundraising, and sponsorship. If you are able to contribute in any way to these efforts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
